About
I've been a professional artist for 20 years and most of that time has been spent working in games. The first job I landed after graduating with a BA in Illustration from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design was with Sucker Punch Productions on their hit series “Sly Cooper". After launching "Sly 3" and working at some other start-ups, most notably Loose Cannon Studios, I ended up at PopCap Games. PopCap provided me the opportunity to become art lead and art director on several games, like "Solitaire Blitz" and "Plants vs Zombies: Heroes". After I left PopCap, I took a break from games and became an adjunct instructor at Digipen Institute of Technology. Discovering that teaching and art directing have a lot in common, I found my skills as an art lead translated well to my students. Throughout my career I have also been a freelance illustrator in the world of comics and tabletop games, working for companies such as DC Comics and Xeko Cards. Most recently, I've been working in television as a storyboard artist for Titmouse Animation.
